The Information and Communication Technology Services (ICTS) is responsible to ensure the efficient, effective and transparent achievement of the functional and operational goals of UNEP, UN-Habitat, UNON, and common ICT services for other collocated agencies located in UN Headquarter in Nairobi. This is done by leveraging information and communication technology in a controlled and secure environment that is based on IT Industry Standards and Best Practices.
i) The delivery and maintenance of Enterprise Business Systems that meet the financial and administration business needs;
ii) Provide and enhance information, document and knowledge management systems in accordance with Organization’s requirements;
iii) Maintain IT infrastructure platforms in the compound for business applications and services that is reliable, scalable, and secured;
iv) Provide reliable and stable voice and data (land line, mobile) communication;
v) Provide desktop and printing support services and a single point of contact for above services in accordance to agreed service level benchmarks;
